All very good, everything you need for the trip. The room is well-kept with good equipments and a single shared bathroom, as example. The location is stunning, the staff is very friendly and highly caring. The rooftop restaurant is amazing, it has delicious dishes.

The location of this service apartment is great, being situated near the caves and in between a residential area. the rooms were spacious and had a nice balcony. the housekeeping in the kitchen cupboards could be improved. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay comfortable. the pool was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was good, but limited.

We spent our new year holiday at this hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. the staff was very helpful and responsive to our requests for extra towels and hot water. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area away from the main road but still close to shops and good restaurants. the pool and outside area were great for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

We did notice a few things that could be improved. the room cleanliness was not up to our standards, with stains on the furniture and the pool water looking cloudy.

Nice surroundings, clean rooms, helpful staff. The hotel is nicely located surrounded by nature with an attractive swimming pool and children's play areas. The rooms were clean, with lovely décor and the best part about the stay was the helpful hotel staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Lack of in-room kitchen amenities, pool not accessible 24/7. the pool was not accessible in the evening till late, which was a real let-down.
